1. Provided Goods and Services

ZoomInn Norrland AB, registration number: 559297-4001, provides accommodation with additional options for short-term stays with overnight lodging. ZoomInn offers one house with two freshly made beds, towels, a small refrigerator, a dry toilet, a wood-fired sauna, running stream water, fresh water in a container, equipment for cooking over an open fire, and glassware and porcelain for dining. One breakfast per person per overnight stay is included in the price.

2. Prices
Prices are stated in Swedish kronor, including VAT. At the time of booking, the total price, including VAT and all applicable fees, is displayed.

3. Booking
Bookings are made through the calendar available on the website. The booking becomes binding for the guest as soon as it has been confirmed by ZoomInn.

4. Payment
Payment is made via debit card or other payment methods as specified on the website.

5. Check-in
Check-in and the provision of keys and/or access codes take place no later than the day of arrival at the location designated by ZoomInn at the time of booking. The accommodation is available to the guest from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

6. Check-out
ZoomInn must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM on the day of check-out. Upon departure, the key and/or access code must be returned at the same location as check-in or as instructed by ZoomInn.

7. Cancellation and Changes
The guest is entitled to cancel or modify their booking free of charge within 14 days from the time of booking. Cancellations made 13–7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made 6–0 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

8. Guest’s Use of ZoomInn
During their stay, the guest must respect the surrounding nature and take good care of the accommodation and its inventory. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. The guest is liable for any damage caused due to negligence. In the event of damage of any kind, the guest must promptly notify ZoomInn.

9. Privacy Policy
By making a booking, the guest is considered to have consented to the processing of personal data by ZoomInn. The purpose of this processing is to enable standard guest administration. ZoomInn is responsible for ensuring that personal data is handled properly and in accordance with ethical standards.

10. Cookie Policy
A cookie is a small text file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers). This file is stored on your computer or other internet-connected device to identify you and provide analytics and information, such as language preferences.
