The cottage

ZoomInn is designed to blend seamlessly into the unique landscape of steep slopes and gullies (known as a ’nipa’ in Swedish) and the ever-flowing Indalsriver. Designed by industrial designer Anders Areblad, the cottage harmonizes with history and its surroundings.

Material choices were carefully selected to ensure a clear connection to nature, climate-smart and eco-friendly principles were central to the cottage’s design.

The dark wood has its appearance from the yakisugi technique and is completely free of chemicals.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with essential tools and serves as a place to prepare the food or cooking on the wooden stove when it’s bad weather.
